I am from Minnesota and was booked at this hotel by a reservation line. They told me it was a nice Ramada with pool and free breakfast, and i paid the two nights in advance (including high booking fees). When i arrived with my teenage daughter, it was the seediest hotel i have ever stepped foot in. The whole place reeked of weed, the pool was no longer in operation, the breakfast service is no longer offered, the fitness center is permanentky closedand the front desk was demanding an additional 100 deposit and totally unprofessional. When we got to our room, which opened straight to the exterior wall, the lock on the door was broken and the sheets were stained (with no blankets or duvets on the bed). I did not feel comfortable and left.

This location is permanently closed.There's no longer a Ramada Tempe ASU.There has been a lot of activity that was inappropriate wrong foolish.It's in everybody's best interest that this place was closed the front door has about 10 signs on it that says. ** this is not a hotel.***

Too many homeless people and garbage all over the property. Rooms smell of cigarettes and people live at the hotel they are not just staying for a few nights. Kids riding bike and running around well past 1am. Dogs and just dirty place. We thought our vehicle was going to get broken into. Terrible

This place is absolutely horrific please take my word DON’T stay here. Dirty bug infested motel. People living on property grounds and up at all hours of the night. Staff was very rude and not willing to refund my money after only being there for a few hours. My door was knocked on two different occasions within the first hour I was there from some guy who you can tell was definitely up to something no good.

My blind boyfriend was out out because his parents stayed the night and we were going to be rebooking with them added and I told the staff ahead of time the manager stated he was watching us on camera our whole stay
