Great place to get pictures taken. The staff are very helpful with costumes. The wait was a little long to check out, but the pictures were fairly quick to get done.

Lawrence was very helpful and friendly. Our experience was enjoyable and Lawrence worked hard to make sure all customers were attended to. We felt very rushed and felt like our photographer wasn't into it. We weren't showed many outfits and felt we didn't have options. We weren't really showed how to pose. I purchased the USB to have all my pictures so I wanted more than one pose, but felt like our photographer was annoyed at it. In one of our poses she took 4 shots and someone's eyes were closed in each one. I paid good money for these pictures and felt they should've been better. Very disappointed. After paying for the pictures we barley made it out of the building before our photographer was in her car and zooming out of the parking lot. Wish she would've said she didn't have time or give us another photographer so we could've had the experience we paid for.

The photos were great, but the highlight was the great fun we had when we took the photos. We waited while another group finished up and they were laughing and having a great time. Janie made the experience an absolute party. She takes great photos and really makes it a fun experience. It would have been better if the pictures had been color instead of dark black & white.
