The line we carry started in Jerez, Zacatecas, two households, one family. Ricarda and Don Jose raised fifteen children; Josefina and Pedro raised eight. Twenty-three siblings, all of them taught that where one eats, a hundred eat. In 2002, Jose, the seventh, carried those recipes to a single Centennial kitchen, and Los Dos Potrillos was born. Twenty-five years later, the line has passed to Danny and Luis, the next generation, who carry that same authentic family tradition. This is where a family becomes a family.
