I had an extremely positive experience with a Lucky Cab on a ride to the Las Vegas airport. Our driver was friendly and sincere, and we truly enjoyed the time we spent with him. Little did I know how much I might need his help. 30 minutes later, when my mother reached into her pocket and realized her phone was gone, we had little choice but to go one to the gate, and hope for the best. I called her phone and knew the voice right away - our cab driver. He turned the phone into the Lucky Cab's Lost and Found, and their staff worked with me to ship the phone home. I'm putting this number in my phone right now in case I ever need to order a cab in Vegas: (702) 477-7555.

Avoid this cab company. They are not friendly or ethical. Was not a good experience. There are other companies that you can trust and have a better ride with and enjoy your trip.

We arrived tired and exhausted after 16 hours travelling, desperate to get to our hotel so we just went to the taxi rank outside the airport. We could literally see the hotel from the airport, it can't be more than a few miles at the most. Lucky Cabs charged us $29!!! Not a great welcome on my very first visit to the US. We gave the guy a couple of dollars tip, because you have to do that unfortunately. He looked at me as if I'd put a piece of cat poo in the palm of his hand. Never again!

Every time we come to Las Vegas and take taxi from airport to harrahs the cost is 20 to 25 dollars. THIS TIME we get into a lucky cab and the POS'S name is ROSEN who takes us obviously to harrahs and to no surprise the cost came to 34.00???? We gave the driver 35. As we were not happy with him ripping us off BUT THEN the driver had the nerve to cause a scene at the hotel and yelled and called my husband cheap. IT TOOK MY HUSBAND EVERYTHING HE HAD TO WALK AWAY AND NOT CAUSE A SCENE. OMG!! We were reluctant to come to Las Vegas so soon after the shootings...and this one POS driver ROSEN has really sealed the deal for us to NOT come to Las Vegas again. And if we ever do....we will NEVER use lucky cab again. Never. BE WARNED!!! Avoid because he will cheat you out of more money by taking a long way around.

We were supposed to be charged from the time the plane lands and the minimum was 1.5 hours. The plan landed 12 minutes late. We stopped at the hotel and the mall all within 1.5 hours yet the driver said he had to charge an extra half hour because he got there early. I refused to pay. He then lied to the dispatcher. The manager refused to come to the phone even though I had proof of the landing and the time I called their office - all within 1.5 hours. I even sent them an email with pictures of the actual landing time and the time I called their office. They are nice when you book but zero help when you have a problem. You are better off picking up a limo after you get outside. Don't use Lucky limo.
