Having landed in Vegas it is always good to have hassle free travel between the airport and hotel. Las Vegas limos were there waiting for us when we came through customs and out into the Vegas night. Our drive was early, he was friendly and professional. The journey was smooth comfortable and the car was clean. When it came to the return journey we had a little change of plan and wanted to leave earlier than was originally arranged. This was not a problem. Once again our driver was on time and the journey was comfortable. I would definitely recommend and use this company again if I return to vegas.

Booked transportation for 16 ladies for.my friend's bachelorette party. Company placed us in a stretch Hummer, which is apparently 14 passenger. Half way through our 2-hour ride around Las Vegas, we were told at least 2 passengers had to disembark and driver could not even take us back to our hotel!!! Some of the passengers actually had to get out of the limo on Freemont street in the middle of our ride. This was not only embarrassing, but also unprofessional, unheard of, maddening and totally unacceptable. The dispatch should have booked a larger vehicle and the driver should have told us we were overcapacity at pickup.

We had contracted these people for a friends 75 birthday surprise for a 1.5 hr tour and delivery to the restaurant for dinner. Alex in the office was most helpful both on the phone and by email, but that is the only good thing I can say about this company. The driver delivered the guests 45min early - as agreed by our party of 10, and the hostess and waiter at the restaurant - but the driver had entered 6:27 pm [the contracted delivery time] in his log so that made it official. When I contacted the accounting dept, I was told there was nothing they could do to help me and then to add insult to injury 3 days later, they then billed me an additional $64.00 because the car hadn't returned to the garage within the 1.5 hrs allocated. MY ADVICE: Don't make the same mistake I did - these people are lairs & crooks - a company in tune with the times where honesty is a dying art.

Had a ride in an LV limo as part of our helicopter package. Just wanted to say that our driver John was excellent and I was so impressed that he remembered our names. An absolute credit to the company

We decided to use LV Limo when we got off the plane. Brandon was our driver and he took us to get some supplies and then a little bit of a tour and then to our hotel. It was low stress and comfortable! We decided to use their services a couple times after this initial meeting and were delighted with what they offered. One night we rented a limo and then we took a van to the airport on the way out of town. Only thing...10 people in a limo gets a little tight, see if they have something a little bigger :)
