Fantastic hotel from start to finish. Front desk was friendly , manager introduced himself & they offer valet service. Room was great clean , comfy bed & good water pressure. We will be back !

The hotel was clean with comfortable beds. Room and bathroom were a good size but not a lot of drawer space if more than one person wanted to unpack which was not a problem for us. Location in the Pearl District was close to lots of different restaurants with people out and about. Great location to walk many places, and driving to most other fun places in the city was within a 12 minute or so drive. Rooftop deck was very nice to relax on. Breakfast had all the basics and easy to grab as we started our days. Would stay there again when visiting Portland!

We stay here 4 x a year and we love the place. they have a great pool for the kids and the huge breakfast is free! The people there are always so nice! The valet know us by name and the manager meets everyone at breakfast. Your front team is knowledgeable and always gives s tips on cool new places. 'our room is always clean and the little housekeeper ladies are so nice!It feels like home to us!

This location has an incredible staff that are courteous and attentive! My favorite hotel when I go on a business trip. Hotel is very clean every time I check into my room. Very nice breakfast spread as well. Can’t beat the value and quality of this place in the Portland area.

Location fine, décor fine. Breakfast entirely inedible, served on paper plates with plastic utensils, weak, tasteless coffee, dead pastries, sad eggs and bacon that didn’t look or taste like anything humans would eat. The amount of plastic trash this hotel creates is ridiculous. How dare they refer to it as « green. » Never again.
