RRIO Inspections at a low price. I charge $125 for single family homes and for apartments I charge $125 for the first unit and $25 per unit after that. I am and have been in the rental business for over 40 years, so I approach the inspections through the eyes of a landlord. I am not trying to fail you and if for some reason you do not pass, I do the re-inspection for free. I work Monday through Sunday, so it should be easy to schedule a convenient time. I do all the paperwork, to the city, for you. I am also doing Periodic Rental Property Inspections.
