tripadvisorGreat property. Huge sports bar, good restaurant. Shout out to valet Body for friendly excellent service!
MoreThis is not our first time at the Renaissance in Reno. Both times we were fortunate enough to secure 9th floor suites, with great views and good enough amenities. I want to give a shout out about Izick our auto valet that went above and beyond to take care of us. Less so to the sullen check in employee. Good location, good restaurant, good value. I will stick with 5 stars. The check in clerk may have been having a bad day.
MoreEasily the best hotel I have stayed at in Reno. The location is amazing in the casino area and near a ton of midtown restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is beautiful. Very clean, rooms are wonderful and with a great view of the river and downtown. The staff were all wonderful. Of final note, the parking is easy but the valet is exceptionally fast and efficient. London helped me out the entire weekend I was there and I genuinely didn’t wait longer than 3 minutes for my car. I found my favorite new hotel in town .
MoreGreat hotel overall: clean, comfortable, and a great choice whether you’re traveling for business or just getting away. I’d definitely recommend it.I especially wanted to recognize Luke with the valet team. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Excellent service and a great reflection of the hotel. Thanks, Luke!
MoreWe were scheduled to stay at the hotel August 7-10th and just found out today (8/5) from a friend who is a Reno local that a water main broke on 7/24 and the hotel has cancelled all reservations until at least August 10th. I called to confirm this because we are two days out from the trip and have not heard a thing about this from the hotel yet. They confirmed that this was true and that the manager would probably get around to notifying customers in the next week or so. If we didn’t find out through local grapevine knowledge, we would have shown up in two days with no reservation on a busy weekend in Reno. Not even an apology from the hotel.
