I was only in Reno for a short stop over and the bus service gave me a bad impression of the place.I arrived at the bus station about 10 mins before the scheduled bus. Bus did not arrive. Next bus was scheduled half an hour later, but that bus also did not arrive. Finally, a bus came 20 mins later. In total I waited 1 hour!Meanwhile, there was someone behind the information counter. But the person indicated that she was unable to talk to me! Terrible customer service!I got on the bus and asked the driver about the fare to the airport, and I paid it. The ride was only about 10 minutes and there were only about 3 people on the bus. Near the airport, I asked if that was where I should get off. He said you should have told me you wanted to go to the airport. I am glad I didn't need to stay in Reno any longer and didn't need to take other buses! Pity the people who rely on public buses in Reno!

They have no idea about moving traffic. Every project they attempt only decreases the flow of traffic. They continuously change adequate north-south streets from 4 lane to 2

I used the bus service to go up and down Virginia St., and I remember it being free, which was terrific. Frequent service and fairly fast and comfortable.

We were in Reno and took the bus on Virginia Avenue. This is a good way to get to the different casino areas for the most part in the area. Its also very inexpensive.

I have used the bus service several times and it is well-organized, frequent service, pleasant. Good alternative to driving.
