tripadvisorBrooke is super rude. I called to ask a question and she talked to me like I was stupid. She is condescending, and I was nothing but nice to her. She needs to fix her nasty attitude.
MoreI have been a Hilton Honors Diamond member for decade. Home2 is my brand of choice. This place is old and disgusting. Light bulbs out, stains on all the furniture and the nastiest desk chair I have ever seen. I put a towel in the seat to get my laptop work done.Come on Hilton! You can do better than this for $159/night!
MoreWorst experience I have ever had at Hilton property. I booked a room for 4 nights. When I arrived I went to my room and was 100% disappointed. The room was dirty, food was left in the fridge, trash was left on top of the fridge, coffee stains were on the counter tops. I immediately went to the front desk to tell them we did want to stay there. She rudely informed me that I had to pay for the room because I went in it. How am I supposed to know if I haven’t seen the room? Finally this hotel took 150,000 of my points and charged me $68 for a room that initially cost 68,000 points for one night. My advice is to stay way from this place. The hotel is not only gross but apparently a very dishonest establishment.
MoreIf I could give this place a negative rating, I would. This is by far the worst Hilton property I’ve ever stayed at. The first room smelled overwhelmingly like a dog — it was unbearable. I asked to be moved, but the second room wasn’t any better. Both rooms were filthy and clearly not properly cleaned. Bathroom Mirrors were not cleaned from the previous guest. The front desk staff didn’t greet me or speak to me with any level of professionalism. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. Despite having a Do Not Disturb sign on my door, housekeeping still knocked — another clear sign that basic procedures aren’t being followed here.I ended up checking out and booking a room at another hotel. After reading other negative reviews, I can confirm they were absolutely accurate. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
MoreThis hotel is the worst one we have stayed in on an two week road trip. We ended up here accidentally after the hot water broke at the staybridge right next to this hotel. We didn’t have time to read reviews and vet this hotel. We figured it would be similar to the Home2 Suites we stayed in Waco the previous night. (Which was great). It was nothing like that hotel. Rooms are old, A/C units are old and very rattly. We had to switch rooms for a less noisy one A/C unit. The rooms are old and smell heavily of chemicals. The breakfast was the worst ever. Both regular and decaf coffee were undrinkable. No eggs. Only option was awful microwaved breakfast sandwiches that were frozen in the middle. We gave up and going to McDonald’s instead. The kids couldn’t eat the fake Fruit Loops type cereal here. Half of the stuff in the breakfast area is broken. The staff doesn’t care whatsoever. My husband and children were unable to eat anything here. Stay at one of the other hotels in this plaza.
