MoreVisited Reno for family things and the Courtyard by Marriott for our stay, June 3-6 was fabulous. The hotel has been renovated 2-3 times over the 20+ years and they have done a great job. Extremely clean, quiet and such a courteous staff. The GM, Haila, is the center of the wagon-wheel. It all starts with her and everyone else has her enthusiasm and hospitality swagger. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked without a hitch and that's what made it enjoyable. We didn't need to be in a casino hotel.....and this was a treasure. Everything within 15 minutes and choices for food, beverages and shopping all around.They did a great job.....and we'll be back!!
