We really want to like this place since we admire the building's history and architecture and the bar/restaurant is great - but frankly, everything else just... ridiculously gives out a bad vibe. Trust other reviews here and check all your receipts. When asked about why things were overcharged, they didn't know why... Ever since we checked in, there's been nothing but problems after problems, that we need to solve and find answers on our own - most of the time no answer. They really don't care about you or your experience here. The discounted packages and things that you may think are a good deal, they are not. Highly recommend stay elsewhere.

Beautiful building! Great reception. Room cleaners attention to detail and accommodation based of my habits they noticed was great. The care and work around my personal items. The respect was felt and noticed! Thank you so much! Definitely looking forward to my next stay.

Whomever answers the phones needs training and likely costing business. Twice I attempted to call and was accidently hung up on. Then on another call I finally got a clueless person who gave no help. Based on other reviews I guess I am not alone in noting service is a disappointment, even trying to catch up to the group I am a part.of staying here.

Our company has been booking rooms at The Biltmore regularly. We have been very happy with the pricing - it's been the best in the area, and we are taken care of very well by the sales staff. Our office building is a short walk away on Wilshire Blvd. The hotel property is a nice location for walking toward the LA Library, local eateries, and some bars we frequent. The hotel bar is also something our team has said serves good food and has great drinks. Thank you for making our employees' stays so enjoyable.
