Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. Our room wasn't very clean, but some other family members in different rooms said their rooms were clean. Our bathroom was very tiny which was unexpected and made things hard for 5 of us in one room. I've never had a bathroom that small in a Hyatt.

Location was good, but pool was green and not open in July. Our hotel room was dirty and there was mold in shower. We had to ask that housekeeping come in and properly clean the shower. Overall hotel was not clean.

Disappointed overall. Location was convenient, but freeway noise exists. Reception greeting seemed apathetic, not one thank you or kind word. Building was undergoing remodeling. I did not see any announcements on this, nor alerts that the pool was not available. The room was spacious and clean. The tv only offered cable, highly focused on hotel marketing. Breakfast was underwhelming. Be aware that there is a $100 pet fee. Highly recommended going to another hotel or at least call ahead to ask about the remodel/repair status.

This was a great hotel except for the pool. Room was spacious, big tv and sitting area and the bed was super comfortable. Pillows were ok. Towels were of decent quality and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was good and I appreciate having the hot options including eggs, sausage patties and breakfast potatoes. Wished they had the waffle or pancake maker but was fine since I only stayed one night. Fitness center has a stationary bike, a peloton bike, a few treadmills and a cross trainer along with some free weights which is all I needed. Wish they had some yogo mats available for stretching as it is a hardwood floor so not great for stretching. We did partake in the bar but the service was slow because the bartender was also checking people into the hotel and when we went, a lot of people were checking in. The one big negative is the pool. They actually told us at check in that the pool was open until 10pm but the pool is currently not usable and looks like it hasn't been for quite some time. It has green disgusting water in there and there are no signs that say it was closed or unusable which they should. They also shouldn't say the pool is open when it is in that condition.

This was a great stay for my family. Easy check-in. Clean, spacious rooms. Reasonable price.We did find the bedding for the pullout couch a little sparse, but they did give extra blankets when asked. Would definitely stay here again.
