It was beautiful, fresh, clean, and friendly. The room we stayed in was spacious and very clean, the location was optimal and in the middle of everything. We had a blast and Laura took amazing care of us and was friendly as soon as we entered.

We had an incredible stay at this Hyatt property in Knoxville. The location is absolutely amazing and put us within perfect walking distance of so many fantastic local spots, making exploring the area completely effortless.From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels distinctly glamorous. The lobby area and the lobby bar are beautifully designed, incredibly pretty, and offer a warm, welcoming energy right away.The real standout, however, is the top-notch rooftop bar. The attention to detail is stunning, featuring gorgeous furniture and a sophisticated color scheme. The outdoor portion of the rooftop was exceptionally comfortable and cool, providing the perfect ambiance to unwind.We will absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Knoxville!
