Came in for a new deck and bearings. Josh helped me out and got me right. Very good service and answered all questions I had. Recommended some sweat pants and let me know about a deal going on....

Came here for the Santa Cruz blind bag raffle on 10/17/2026 with my kids and totally it was totally rigged. Kaylee the store manager was calling out names instead of the numbers on the raffle...

First of all, they should offer bags when you purchase anything and the service at the front to check out is atrocious. Young latina lady cussing at the front desk and talking to everybody around...

Good selection. Customer service was good. And they had a sale going on which helped with prices.

Kaylee at the Shoppes at Carlsbad Zumiez was outstanding with helping my 14 year old son find some new clothes. He does not like to shop but Kaylee made it fun for him and I am so grateful!...
