I did the healing horse meditation this morning with my yoga group. It is set up in the foothills near Bonsall and the ranch is a beautiful, peaceful setting. The check-in was easy, and the staff were wonderful and made us all welcome and comfortable. Once we were in the meditation circle, three of the horses came and joined us. Jane stayed near me and another lady, and sent us her healing energy and love. It was a magical experience!

This is worth a try for anyone interested. It was just delightful to do a meditation with the horses. It is quite healing. Plus the location is very peaceful. Make sure you go when it is a little cooler because you do sit out in the sun. Bring a hat, although the first thing the horse did was knock mine off, lol.

My friend and I went to one of these gatherings. I was amazed at how the horses came right up to people and seemed to know who needed healing the most! I highly recommend the experience!

I have my own personal meditation practice and I love being with horses - so this was an extraordinary experience for me. It was amazing how the horses would choose to interact with certain people, and to find out later how healing it was for those people. It is also a very healing and peaceful environment to be in. I can't wait to go back and experience this again!
