We do anything from 10 people to 300 people in the Grand Rapids and surrounding areas. Our low and slow Central Texas Style BBQ reflects the passion we have for creating and serving amazing food. Our menu includes Brisket, Pulled Pork, Ribs, Pulled Chicken, Sausage, and our signature Chorizo. We also offer multiple sides including our BBQ Baked Beans, Pasta Salad, 3 Cheese Mac N Cheese, Cheesy Potatoes, Potato Salad and more. We also offer a taco bar staring our homemade Chorizo and our amazing Queso dip. If there is something you need that is not on our menu, we are happy to accommodate most any request.
