Hollywood Celebrity Hotel is one of the better buys you will find anywhere in town. Located just up the street from the Mann's Chinese Theater and Hollywood Boulevard, it is ideally suited for those who want to explore all of Hollywood's attractions. However, the bonus here is that it is a quiet sanctuary just off of the Boulevard and that it contains the charm of a B&B mixed with a 1930s glamor theme. Check website for details.

tripadvisorThe room was nice, spacious and clean. Staffs were friendly and they easily addressed our concerns. Food was okay it has few choices. The only thing was we’re on the first floor room 120 you can hear the footsteps and door banging from the laundry area. They have airport pick up ( with fee). Thankful to Mr. Ifti (highly recommended) kind and good customer service. If you need his help just text him not call coz most of the time he is busy with other customers. Mr. Ifti (323) 810-8806Overall I highly recommend this place and accessible to near places.
MoreJust back from yet another stay at this lovely place. We have been coming here for many years and it does not disappoint. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the amazing Alben. Such a welcoming, cheerful guy. Always a pleasure to see him. And then there is Mike on the graveyard shift who is also lovely. Dont know the names of the other reception staff but they are all nice. The rooms are clean, spacious and the beds are the most comfortable ever. Thank you to the room attendants who make out room up. We are grateful. Breakfast with Patricia is always a pleasure. She goes above and beyond to look after everyone and is always running around. Lastly the wonderful Mr Ifti. Absolute gentleman. Please check his tours as does a lot more than just airport runs. He has a lovely clean car, is a super careful driver and lovely to talk to. Thank you everyone for making our stay fantastic as always. Miss you all guys, until next year.
MoreWe stayed here for 2 nights and remembered it being a good base to explore from our last visit in 2009. We’re a family of 4 so chose the 2 bedroom with kitchenette. Unfortunately our room was directly above reception on the 1st floor so we had a lot of noise from the street and people talking when checking in at all times of night. The room smelt a bit musty and really needs an update. The beds were huge so sharing was fine but we didn’t use the kitchen. Check in and out was smooth and Patricia who served the hot dishes at breakfast was wonderful
More5/28 my band KELLER checked in! Both Mikes on the front desk were the best I’ve ever seen! They made us feel like family! Forever friends! The 1 Mike drove a red Charger, The other Mike “Midnight Mike” was so welcoming I didn’t want to leave! No hotel I have ever stayed can compare to The Hollywood Celebrity Hotel! I highly recommend anyone to stay there! You won’t regret it!! And to both Mike’s I say thank you fam!! You made my LA experience better than anything! James Keller
MoreLocation, location, location. For me as a solo traveler who had never been to Los Angeles nor seen any of the Hollywood sites before, the location of this hotel was perfect which was why I was willing to pay more per night. It is only like a block away from Hollywood Boulevard where the Walk of Fame and TLC Chinese Theater are, as well as Madame Tussaud's wax museum, the Hollywood Museum, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, a large shopping center called Ovation Hollywood, Hard Rock Cafeall within a short walking distance from the hotel. I enjoyed the decor. Outside of almost every room on the floor I was on were posters of various celebrities and inside my room was a poster of Michael Jackson's Thriller album cover....which was a very exciting surprise. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and I had good service with housekeeping, especially caaablancthe super nice woman who by herself managed the continental breakfast each morning. The executive room with king size bed was perfect for me and easily would be comfortable for 2 people to share, however the bed was way too firm/hard, though It didn't prevent me from getting a good night's sleep. The built in vanity and chair between the area for hanging clothes and the restroom There was also a small round table in a separate small area off the main part of the room with a small fridge for storing cold drinks or food. Everything is in the room worked really well including the shower which was a shower/tub combo. The main reason I didn't rate it excellent is there was some very minor touchup maintenance (plaster/painting needed on the bathroom wall hidden a bit by the sink cabinet. There was also a loose rubber baseboard-like strip on the side of the cabinet under the bathroom sink and some paint touchup needed in a few spots near the bottom of the wall near the toilet. Then also the mattress that was too hard. Overall stay was good. There was no pool so for the money spent nightly on the room, it would have been nice if there was a swimming pool, but I didn't end up having time to use it anyway.
