Old, dated building/rooms, incompetent staff. The following is a list of items that did not work:AC unitWifi (paid for enhanced wifi, was never able to connect--despite 3 separate calls with the wifi support)TV remoteCoffee machineNo laundry bag or ticketThe room was filthy--carpet was stained, nightstands were smudged with finger and hand prints, the round dining/work table was so filthy that your forearms stuck to it. Bathroom lighting was so dim that I had to use the mirror next to the window to shave. had a 4-day reservation, checking out tomorrow after only one night.

What a fantastic hotel! From the minute we checked in, the staff was attentive to our every need. We were traveling with a large van that would not fit in the valet parking, the parking staff made special accomodations for us. The property is nice, all the rooms (we had several) were in great condition, spotless clean and very stylish! And the location is absolutely top notch, on the edge of Beverly Hills, walking distance to Rodeo drive but still great value, not the insane prices like the hotels around there. Would recommend this to any traveler, business or leisure, and will definitely be back!

This is not a luxury hotel. It is dark like they want to be modern. It needs renovation. The best thing going for it is the location. There is no elevator key card security. Lobby elevators are potentially dangerous.Staff prop open the emergency exit door next to them, with a rag multiple times during the day and night; it empties into an alley. The halls weren’t vacuumed during my 5 days, and the room floor when we checked in had not been vacuumed.
