Great place and safe. Owner will not allow Anyone to move in regardless of money. He will throw out unruly ppl. Not too notch place but reasonable for the area. Has a history to the place makes it...

Can't get a hold of anyone who owns the property. My brother died yesterday and I need them to allow me access as his next of kin. Do I call the police?
