They're cheap knockoffs they are not even segways and their customer service is absolutely horrible just read the negative reviews

Bought the Groupon and called for reservations and never got a call back. Called a week later and Corey said he was in the hospital but would look into it. Groupon expired and they will do nothing to support this. Called Corey again and he said, he would look into it, without getting my name. Voice mail full and not accepting messages. What a scam. Do not do business with this company.

Before our tour started Corey left us alone in an alley on the transporters while he talked to some people that weren't on the trip. Then one of the people in our party took a tumble. Injuries were serious enough for an emergency room visit. We never even started our tour. Corey promised to refund our money. That was 2 months ago. After a month with no refund I called him. He actually answered the phone, blamed the lack of a refund on somebody else and said if I'd text my info to his cell he would personally issue the refund. He didn't. Now he won't even answer the phone or respond to a text. He sure doesn't seem inclined to live up to his word or issue a refund.

I booked this activity with great anticipation as I've done segway tours in other cities and it's a great way to see a new town. Booked about 3 weeks in advance and saw the money taken out of my account the week it was to happen. I received a phone call around 10:30 on the day we were to partake - our tour was for 2:00 - with a man saying he had to cancel our session as he had hurt his hand and needed to go get stitches. I said fine can we make it for 2 days from then as that's when we're had an opening in our schedule. He said that was fine and that he'd see us on that Wednesday. We arrived there 15 mins early for the training and paperwork. The shop was not open. By 2:30 no one had arrived at the shop and my text and calls with voicemails went unanswered. I tried several times the next day to call the shop with calls going right to voicemail. I have just now been able to get ahold of someone (Corey) who was very aloof, unapologetic and unconvincing when I asked if I could expect my money reimbursed, which he said would happen. We'll see. Unfortunately, this is a poorly run business and, based on the other reviews I see on here (wish I'd checked sooner) would steer clear of patronizing them as I doubt nothing is going to have changed.
