Trail system ten minutes away. Very well marked with many side trails for short or long hikes or biking.

Took about 10 hours to hike the full trail. Some sections have much more of a wilderness feel than others, but you will go through enough different terrain that it doesn't really get boring or repetitive. I got cell service on most of the hike except for some of the northern sections, which are nice, but don't have as many interesting features. Benches every couple of miles, again getting sparse in the north. only a couple of porta potties on the route, but they were incredibly clean. One T in the trail that wasn't marked and I went the wrong way for a bit, but otherwise it's generally well signed, but you will cross several old access roads and will have to use your judgement which path to take. You will get the sense this trail if for mountain bikes. I saw 1 trail runner and some people walking around some of the more interesting spots that had just parked closeby at a trailhead, and dozens of bikers. Every single mountain biker I came across was courteous and polite. Bring bug spray.

We tried out a portion of the Back 40. Really designed for bikers but a decent hike. The trails are closer to the Bella Vista neighborhoods than I thought....almost too close to feel like a mountain hike. The area is beautiful and the trails are well kept and well marked.

Northwest Arkansas has some of the greatest trails to hike and bike on. We love to hike on this one.

The views and the trails are hands-down, the most amazing and challenging mountain-bike trails I have ever ridden. I hope to be able to relocate here some day and make it a permanent home! The entire area is like heaven on earth!
