I have visited in the past and purchased a special salt room and massage and was told, along with a friend, there was no expiration, it was on my account and did not need a receipt, besides sales slip when purchased. I forgot about it and found the paperwork so called to make an appointment as some time had passed. I was informed 1 item was not on my file but I could use the salt room/massage visit if I paid $20 reinstatement which I did to avoid losing everything. My friend was also told the same but her reinstatement was more than her original investment so she chose to pass.The young lady left me in the waiting area as the salt spa room appointment was starting and if I had not asked would have missed the appointment. As I put on booties, a new customer was in there not sure what to do. He asked about lockers and she said well they aren't there for looks and told him put your stuff in there not being clear about how they worked. From being there before I had known this but felt bad for the young man as he looked quite embarassed. The salt spa session was very relaxing and was helpful with my allergy problems although I would have expected a little more courtesy from the young lady in charge of hosting these sessions. The massage was great. I highly recommend Mia. She did an excellent job.The services there are great! Customer service seemed great for the regulars. If you pre-purchase email specials be sure to get a copy or you will pay again.

MoreI took my best friend here for her birthday. We did a 45 minute salt room session. It was very relaxing. She was suffering from a smokers cough when we went in and a few days later it had broke up and she sounds way better.
MoreI am so thrilled that Hendersonville has this spa option. I had a farmhouse facial and it was one of the best that I have had in this town. The employees of MedSpa were so welcoming, warm, and friendly. They educated me on the products, the salt room, and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this spa!
