Bison Ravioli ($19.50) - in marinara sauce. Pretty good. Filling has a lot of herbs and spices.
Mussels ($7 Monday special) in white wine & garlic sauce, served with garlic bread. They're just ok, but good value.
Chocolate Ravioli ($8) - with chocolate-hazelnut filling, vanilla ice cream, raspberry. Shells were hard and dry :(

The grilled oysters are to die for!!
Angelo's Taverna Italian Restaurant ·$$

At Angelo’s you can experience an authentic style of Italian eating. As you step in you are welcomed by the rustic decor, brick interiors, wooden furniture, and high energy of the place. Delicious pizzas, pastas, salads, and calzones make the lunch and dinner menus. Another speciality that they serve is a variety of scrumptious oysters topped with different homemade sauces. At Angelo’s, traditional Italian recipes take a slight contemporary turn and come in your plate with a touch of passion. There is an entire drinks’ menu to pair with food. The food, ambience, and service are all excellent. You can hop in even for a full fledge drinking session at their bar. What’s more, they have the Carboy winery right next door. That, of course, means that you get to experience good food and great wine under the same roof! Well, almost the same.

Angelo's Taverna continues to be one of my favorites. Everything on the menu is delicious, but sitting at the bar for happy hour is my go-to. The chargrilled oysters, a salad, and a glass of wine...

This experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. We called 2 weeks ahead for priority seating, as recommended, and still waited 20 minutes past our reserved time while multiple...

I do recommend Angelo's--but you need to navigate the menu carefully because the food was wildly inconsistent. Happy Hour here is extremely popular, and for good reason. The charbroiled oysters...

Came here for lunch on a Sunday at 11am. No wait at all, all tables open. I got the papardelle bolognese. Noodles were handmade. Entire dish was amazing. So was the garlic bread. Partner got the...

Arrived on time with a reservation, but they told us we'd have to wait another hour. Pappardelle bolognese was just okay. First of all, there wasn't much meat. Mostly just pasta and sauce. And...
