The process of scheduling an appointment is a bit cumbersome. After meeting with Josiah our rep, the process went quickly and efficiently. Overall, we were satisfied.

If you're selling a vehicle, do not go here. They make lowball offers. Just go ahead and private Sell.

Do not buy from Carmax. I paid to have a car shipped, and it showed up with excessive damage. I was tossed around between different managers and sales associates for days. It had a broken heated...

Does not deserve even one star!!! Worst buying experience of my life! Appointment times are completely useless! Selling associates needed to ask for help with every question.

these guys do not communicate, have horrible customer service, struggle with working with outside lenders, and refuse to actually commit to what they say they will do. I will never return here
