We were very impressed how clean and smells clean the rooms are. The bed and pillows are so comfortable, having the microwave and refrigerator were so convenient for the room, restaurants and starbucks right outside the hotel were amazing. The free hot breakfast every morning was great. My family just wished they stay open till 11am, coz some of them are late riser.

We stayed here for two nights. This place needs a little work. We checked in via the app, which suggested a preferred room for us to choose. Well, that suggested room was the one with the air units directly outside the window. I'm not expecting a wonderful view in Moore, but how could this really be the room the Hilton app suggested was best?Once I kicked my shoes off in the room (after spraying some air freshener I brought because I caught a faint whiff of fast food), I noticed the carpet throughout the room and the bathroom floor had a distinct tacky feel. The sofa was noticeably dirty, as well. The sliding bathroom door wouldn't stay shut and left a 3-inch gap open. To top it off, the mattress felt old because I could feel some springs. I normally like Hampton mattresses, but this one was off.Breakfast options were the usual Hampton fare. But I noticed on the second morning that the shredded cheese container had flecks of mold in it. This location is sub-standard, in my opinion.

This is a fabulous hotel! In a really great location, like new, super clean, great breakfast served daily and the staff is fantastic! They really go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect and you have everything you need! Highly recommend!!

The Hampton Inn in Moore was a great stay. It is in a convenient spot when traveling on I-35. The Inn is a fairly new property and typical of the latest Hampton design. The room was very clean and all items worked. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and recommend the staff and the room quality.

First, the good stuff: Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was the standard not-too-tasty-but-free buffet.The not-great stuff: This is one of the hotels that went to not cleaning the room every day. I didn't see the signage about that until later, so I was surprised to come into the room and see it not made up.The bad stuff that made me give it a poor review was that on our second night, things just started falling apart in our room. A hook on the bathroom holding a small dopp kit fell off the wall when we put a towel on it. While my kid was in the shower, a piece of the tile fell off. We just looked at each other and said We gotta get out of here! Luckily that happened the morning we were leaving anyway.
