A color palette of blue, gold, and black mixes well in the art deco style of this hotel. Guest rooms are spartan but nice. The staff and atmosphere at Beverly Laurel Motor Hotel are assets and keep people returning regularly. Swingers is a popular restaurant, located nearby, for breakfast and late-night snacks. Some kitchens are available in rooms so be sure to request one if you would like its use during your stay.

tripadvisorI love this hotel and won't stay anywhere else when I'm in LA. The staff are lovely and are always super helpful and the Valet parking is reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Although the beds are super comfy, the pillows are tiny, hopefully they replace them with wider pillows; so bring your own if you're a fussy sleeper. The pool area is always clean and tranquil.I do recommend confirming housekeeping the night before and before you head out the next day to ensure you room gets made up. The hotel is generally quiet, but I when booking, I recommend requesting your room location on the side of the hotel not adjacent to the construction site next door. Overall, I always have a good expierence and look forward to my stays here. I LOVE THIS HOTEL!!!!!
MoreI stayed here in 2022 and loved it - free parking was included too.Returning 4 years later, the place feels very different. The hotel is clean, but overall it really needs a renovation, including the rooms and the elevator.Even the pool loungers are pretty worn and dirty
MoreThe hotel looks amazing both in side and out. It is located and is in a great location, the rooms are tidy and appear well kept, The hotel overall is very clean, but the beds are a little small especially for America. The air conditioner is to small for the room and at times struggled to cool the room. It is also very noisy. For me the biggest issue by far are the staff, they can be very hit and miss, Unfortunately the majority are obnoxious, short, condescending and very dismissive of any questions asked, strongly got the impression they don't like people who book on third party sites.PARKING is only via Valet and seems reasonably priced for the area, overall the value is ok but the staff let it down
MoreThis is a great little motel. We stayed here for 3 nights on our road trip around some of the west coast. Booking in was really easy and quick. Valet parking was excellent. This motel reminded me of the movie Karate Kid. The room was big enough for the 3 of us and the bathroom was massive. There was a decent safe, a microwave and coffee maker. The decoration was quite retro 80’s and was only a short distance from all the bits we wanted to do. There’s a great diner literally right next door (Swingers). My only criticism was the air con was a little noisy, but this is only a very minor point.
MoreI really enjoyed this hotel, which is well-run. The ambience is classic Hollywood which goes with the Swingers diner next door. The room is a real treat with authentic and also comfortable decor. I also loved the pool, which unlike even some expensive places, is heated (hooray!). The location is great and less pricey than many in WeHo. It’s quiet at night and easy to park on side streets although they have parking for $38 a night. Watch out for street cleaning Tues morn however or you’ll get towed. Thank you - I look forward to staying here again.
