As most people drive along this stretch of Pico Boulevard, it's easy to miss Marty's Hamburger Stand. However, if you can find parking, check out the ramshackle restaurant which serves classic hot dogs and burgers. Marty's serves an amazingly good chili burger just like many other burger stands in L.A. and the tater tots always have that crispy crunch. Marty's has been around since 1959 and it continues to be one of the most beloved burger shacks on the West side. Service is walk-up counter only, however there are a few tables in the back with umbrellas.
