Interesting date night with my husband! Definitely enjoyed our experience. The woman up front was friendly & informative. You watch a 6 minute video before your float. Definitely would try this again!

I was unsure what to expect, but it was lovely! I really did leave in a much more relaxed state which lasted all night! The ambiance is very spa-like, as you would imagine. You begin your time with a 8 minute video. Whoever produced it has a great sense of humor! You then get an orientation of your float room and all the procedures. She made sure I undersood all the controls. They even have water to spray if you get the salt in your eyes. You shower and then enter your pod. It is very space ship-like. It feels really cool to be so buoyant! When your sixty minutes are up, you shower and get dressed. They have an oxygen bar...another new experience! Two thumbs up! I cannot wait to go back next week!

We went on a one day vacation for our 11 year anniversary. The visit was calming and a change from the usual dinner and a movie. You spend a whole hour in silence and suspension followed by a visit to the oxygen bar and some tea of the day.
