Over 50 years combined experience, thousands of past clients trained, and a whole lot of love. The story of Train With Dave is a wild one. It started with Dave, a self-proclaimed health nut, and his passion for fitness and helping others. With humble beginnings, Dave became a personal trainer in 2009 to eventually work his way up to a management position in one of the top personal training gyms in the nation. Disagreeing with their dollars over people philosophy, Dave started his own business in 2016. Now, 6 years later, we've learned that our greatest journey of helping people sustainably lose weight is just getting started.
