tripadvisorGreat ghost tour! Our host Rick has spent years researching the behind the scene stories of many of Anchorage’s ghosts. His depth of knowledge made for both an informative and entertaining walk! Highly recommended!
MoreOur group had from early 20s to early 60s and this activity was enjoyed by all. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and a markedly skilled story-teller. We had an Anchorage resident with us and she learned history that she had never known about her home city. We all enjoyed the walking outside in the fresh air. The walking was reasonably paced and all flat. I would suggest wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a sweater, even if you don't think you'll need it. The tour culminates inside a quaint hotel with a spirited past. The tour is value priced and worth every cent.
MoreThis was a casual and entertaining tour. The tour guide has been doing this for many, many years and tells sprites about the city and occurrences which have led to reported hauntings while the group does some walking. Sounds like I'm previous years the tours have entered more buildings, but demolition of some sites and respect for the areas where some deaths have occurred seems to have stopped that practice. I found his storytelling to be engaging, and filled with cool facts about architecture and history and the development of Anchorage.
MoreThis is a walk through historic Anchorage. Our guide, Rick, tells the group about the ghosts and history of the places we visit. It was informative and lots of fun. An enjoyable evening walk.
MoreI've been on several ghost tours, this one didn't disappoint! Tour guide was great, full of knowledge and a great story teller. Best part was no reservation needed. You just showed up outside the restaurant and were good to go! We had a small tour which was nice as well. I love doing these tours because you learn a lot of history as well as spooky stuff. I made note to return to all the places he spoke about.
