Inspired by the natural beauty, healthy lifestyle and active culture, Roger and his wife chose to move to Boulder from the east coast in 2001. For over 20 years, Roger has become one of the most trusted agents in Boulder County. A skilled negotiator and a patient, steady force, he is respected for his professionalism and going above and beyond to achieve his client's goals. In a competitive marketplace, he has developed creative strategies to get deals done--from well-honed sales tactics to leveraging his relationships with other agents. Roger is based in downtown Boulder and serves the surrounding towns. He is an expert at guiding luxury clients, first time buyers, families, savvy investors, and those relocating to the area. Roger is a Senior Broker Associate and top selling agent at PorchLight Real Estate and has represented some of the most prestigious properties in and around Boulder. He is a multiple year winner of the 5280 Magazine Black Diamond Award, and the 5-Star Agent award for customer service, something less than 1% of area agents achieve. Roger is the youngest of seven children and his father, Mort Walker was the creator and drew the comic strip "Beetle Bailey" for 67 years. He spends his free time enjoying the beautiful Colorado outdoors whether skiing, mountain biking, birding, fly-fishing, paddleboarding or practicing yoga. If you are ready to upgrade to the Colorado lifestyle give Roger a call.
