This is my second time going to the Gun Barrel AT&T store. My first visit a year ago was not great since I had to wait a long time to get help. But this year, due to the new iPhone upgrade, I went...

Horrible. Never enough representatives to help customers. Always a long wait time no matter what time of day you try to go in.

Definitely provides the best service in this area! The store is always kept clean, and has a very friendly staff.

My first experience has not been good. A brand new store in a nice new building but no one answers the phone and worse yet there voice mailbox doesn't even identify the name of the store.
