Sawyer was great! I only had insurance on three of my four phones, he pointed out that it's only three dollars more to insure all for phones with a group plan.

I waited over 30 minutes for them just to tell me to go to a different store. If they would have just asked me when I walked in what the problem was, I could have saved myself so much more time.
