I only do small jobs no job is too small. I have a $65 minimum flat rate and hourly prices. I do light plumbing new Fossetts new drains replace garbage disposals and water Spicket‘s and replace shower valves. I also do light electrical replace outlets switches light fixtures and ceiling fans. I will do our jobs like furniture assembly dryer vent cleaning caulking I am not a licensed contractor but I am insured
