JS was so accommodating and welcoming upon our late arrival. Explained all the amenities and ensured we had everything we needed before heading up to our room.

Great stay. Maya and Jodie at the front desk were so welcoming. Enjoyed having a friendly face after a very long and delayed flight.

Booked our stay through Virgin holidays for 2 Adults and 1 child. On check in they asked me to put a card on file for the resort fee, I was aware that I needed to pay this as it stated I’d need to pay a nightly resort fee when booking and also stated it in my documents. What wasn’t listed or told to me was the fact that they were then going to charge me an additional $20 per night…for the ‘extra person’ that I had already paid for when I booked. So please be mindful that although you think you are getting a reasonably priced hotel a 30 minute walk from the city centre - you’re actually better off paying the extra and staying in the city as after they’ve added all their secret charges you actually end up paying more - for a rather dull looking hotel, with broken/cracked floor tiles in the shower room and a shower that’s either freezing or boiling. Only positive note is that the gym is well equipped, pool looks dirty and is very small - would not stay here again.
