I have always wanted to experience a salt water float and this place was great! The owner was there to check me in and out. She gave a detailed description of the process since it was all new to me. It was all so relaxing and there are ways to adjust things in the room to customize based on your needs: pillows for neck support, option to crack float door open for air. I also did the sauna and the two together was very relaxing. You totally do not feel your body as you float and it is very different than floating in a pool as the water is dense and you have no one splashing or no wind moving the water so it is super still.

A friend and I were in Santa Cruz for a long weekend. We wanted to get a massage, but didn't know where to go. We found this place online and thought we would give it a try! It has a small, cozy spa feel. I had a 50 minute full body massage by Trinity. It was AMAZING! I have had many massages and this one by far stood out. The spa was very clean and everyone was very professional and friendly. If I am ever back in the area again, I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Fantastic first experience with a float spa. Some tips and reflections: -If you get in the dome and turn off the lights, you lose spatial awareness so anyone with claustrophobic inklings CAN disconnect -This is a meditation experience, so if you are not a regular mediator, you may have trouble getting the full value out of the experience. You might feel bored just floating in nothingness -Flotation neck support is available as an assist if you feel you aren't able to relax completely. I'm very comfortable in water so I didn't use it, but I could see this as a benefit for someone who doesn't regularly swim. Relax and focus on your breath! At the very least, I was able to relax and loosen muscles with the same success as a short massage. Staff was very friendly and helpful for this first time floater!
