tripadvisorWe went to check in at 4:00 and were told the computer system was down. We didn’t get checked into our room until 10 pm. Then, we were wiped out, but excited to get into our room and we walked into a room that looked like the motel 6. We booked a studio suite that said it was 592 sq ft. It was fine that we didn’t have 2 separate rooms, because we would have plenty of room. The room is very dingy. and so small we can barely walk around in here. The end of the bed is about 2 ft from the windows, so the tv is also 2 ft from the end of the bed, between the 2 windows. We can’t shut the curtains all the way because the tv is in the way. So, booking a 592 sq ft room and measuring the actual bed and couch part of the room to be 135 sq ft, is very disappointing. Then, they won’t move us or accommodate us in any way!! HORRIBLE!!!!
MoreWould have given it 5 stars, but the bathroom wasn’t super clean, the room didn’t have enough towels or bedding for our reservation. All that said, the room was nice, the happy hour was generous and the free breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had - they even had an omelette station. We would definitely stay here again and just ask for the missing bedding and towels.
MoreWonderful hotel, exceptionally well run and clean. Excellent breakfast buffet with an omelette chef. Many tables and even some booths in the breakfast area. Parking in a large parking garage across a non- busy street.
MoreWe stayed here one night on our Spring Break. The location was great. The hotel was beautiful. The breakfast was one of the best with made to order omelets. The beds were comfy. The rooms were clean and the service was the best! The staff is awesome! By mistake we left our camera bag with an expensive camera and tripod in the lobby while we were leaving. Almost 3 months later we couldn't find it and realized the last place we had it was at the hotel. We figured it was a long shot but we called and they still had it!! We were so relieved and drove 5 hours to retrieve it. We'd definitely stay there again if we are driving through. Thank you Embassy Suites!! We are so grateful!
MoreI’ve stayed at plenty of hotels in my life and I’ve never stayed at a hotel that offered a decent breakfast much less a breakfast where there’s a cook taking orders for made-to-order omelettes! I was totally blown away by the quality of their breakfast buffet, the omelette, and the friendliness of the breakfast wait staff. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. A great combo.
