Spent 90 % of the time on my back and shoulders wasn’t much of a full. Body. Not what you’d expect . I did too $30 since it was Christmas.

Whenever on vacation or short trip, I always ensure to get a massage to relax from work. While in Memphis, I was searching & trying to make an appointment on my cell phone, when I received a text, asking what time I wanted to come & if I could do so right then. I didn't have much time before attending live music show, but after looking up the location, it was just 2 blocks from where I was then. I decided to go ahead & do a 30-min one. When I arrived, I was trying to explain who I was, since they never asked a name or anything. This older lady just ushered me into a room & told me to undress. She didn't seemed to understand English, but held up a board which listed services/prices. I pointed to the 30 min Signature Deluxe Table Massage for $40 for neck/shoulders. This is not what I received. What I did get was this man who came in & began massaging me. This went on for longer than 30 min. I kept saying that I told the lady only 30 min because I had a show to catch. When he finally finished & left the room, I got dressed & went to the front desk. I presented him with a $100 bill & he returned $30. When I asked to explain, because even 1 hr was listed as $60, he showed me a flyer that read gratuity 15%. I was still shorted $1 if that were so. I finally told him to Just keep it. None of this was discussed beforehand. Make sure there is clear understanding. For the remainder of the trip, all I could think of was if these people are scamming people by doing this very same thing?

I have been to several of this chains locations. It is not a luxury facility but it is clean. I have never had a bad massage but some were better than others. I have never felt like my time has never been shorted.. My suggestion is ask them to open their translate app or have one on your phone. You can direct them on where to spend a little extra time. For the price and usual walk in service its a good value. I have noticed they try to ask for extra tips and some will claim they only make money tips. (is that legal?) Don't fall for feeling guilty. It can be a little annoying when a the therapist is on the phone during the massage. I have seen that mentioned in several reviews. Maybe if they had presence of management they would adjustments would be made. That being said I will back. i need one more punch on the card to get a free massage. More frequently I ask for Anna. She is professional and will work the knots out.

I drive a truck for a race team and made my way into this place and had one of the greatest massages I think I've ever had. They have multiple locations I used Germantown location. If you like deep tissue come on down and give them a try cuz I'll certainly be back and if you like deep tissue I can personally speak for Eva she was fabulous has hands of Steel and knows how to use those elbows and she's cute to boot. All around great experience thank you Eva I will be back everytime through.

I made an appointment for a 90 minute massage with a female - but ended up having a 60 minute massage with a male. Not sure why I had the appointment, because they never asked my name or checked me in. They have other locations and I went here instead of one of the locations closer to my house because of what I thought I was getting. This was by far the weirdest massage I have ever had. There was no chair, table or hook for my clothes and the coverup sheet was the size of a bath towel. The massage was so painful at times that I felt like I needed a safe word to make him stop. I asked several times for him to go lighter with the pressure - but he didn't understand English. In addition to rubbing, he stretched my arms and legs in ways that were not natural. At the very end I was told cash only (the only English phrase he spoke) - and that had never been discussed or posted on their website. I didn't have cash, so they agreed to take credit - but they added a 2% markup. Although very painful, I did leave with less stress which is why I give this place a 2 instead of a 1 - but I can honestly say I won't be back and I don't recommend.
