We have stayed here several times, most recently in September 2026. There are several grassy areas for your furry kids. It’s near the Roanoke Airport, also near a shopping center. It is about 5 miles off I-81, but easy to find, and the return to I-81 is simple.The staff is very motivated and eager to please travelers. The rooms are quiet and spacious. We enjoyed our stay - no complications.

Customer service is absolutely terrible

Web site says free parking, but they charge $5. No mention of construction that includes noise, long wait times for elevators and filth.

An attentive and accommodating staff! Kudos to Alison, Nakita, Antony, and Gary. Traveling with an elderly person requires additional amenities, and they did not disappoint. The room was spacious and looked like the one online. I appreciated the hearty breakfast, including a cage-free egg patty, spinach roll, waffles, etc.

I work here for only a week and breakfast I'm warning anyone who eat there breakfast be careful because the girls that work there don't change there gloves all they do is rinse them off the juice machine don't get broke down and clean so it got a lot of bacteria buildup and plus don't ever get a job there they are full of it
