In a city that suffers from generally abysmal customer service, Art.i.fact is a breath of fresh air. The staff is uniformly friendly and helpful. The clothing, shoes and jewelry are well curated. I wouldn't call this a thrift shop but as a consignment shop, it offers excellent value on high end pieces. It's also a fun place to shop!

Worth the trip if you are staying in Old Santa Fe - gracious and welcoming staff, beautifully curated - so many wonderful finds!!

I have to first say, thrift stores stress me out. But Art.i.fact is small and beautifully curated, and staffed by super friendly folks. I got some amazing suede pumps from Saks for a great deal, and saw a number of other intriguing items. I was worried that the XL selection wouldn't be great, and my fear was for naught. I spend my summers here and plan to make many more visits.

Such a great selection of clothing and prices were good. I left with a new bag and a great shirt and wished so many of the other things had fit me. I'll def be back :) Staff was sweet

This shop holds a collection of funky classics and surprising designer pieces. Labels show when prices will be reduced, but we decided to buy now rather than risk missing the fun of wearing our finds.
