This was a very disappointing Residence Inn stay. My husband and I are big Marriott fans, we’re Bonvoy Titanium, and have spent a lot of long term time in Residence Inns. This one does not make the grade. The “updated” two bedroom suite we received had damaged furniture and non existent air conditioning. And it’s not that no one knew, the room was “set” to 56 degrees and yet was 78. Clearly someone was testing it out. The entire hotel smelled like pot, including our room. The included breakfast met expectations and the staff was friendly, but trying to get small kids to sleep in a hot hotel room is rough. My dad stayed in the same hotel and the lights in his bathroom did not work. Overall, we will not be back.

Nothing like the picture, our room was very old, outdated with an odor. I requested a better room, due to allegies but was told none was available. I called a week before our arrival to let them know I had allergies due to their dog-friendly policy and was assured that the rooms were thoroughly cleaned. To add insult to injury, the fireplace was turned off, and no one cleaned our room during the entire stay, four nights. If you must go, wait until after the renovations are completed sometime in 2026. It is a good location, close to restaurants and the highway. I love staying at Residence Inn by Marriott, but this was very disappointing based on their normal standard

Great great stay. Juliette is the best and was super accommodating during our stay. The amenities were great and the room was super spacious. We’ll definitely be back for more

Absolutely the Worst Hotel Stay I’ve Ever HadThis was hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The entire place reeked of wet dog and cat, making it incredibly unpleasant from the moment I walked in. The street lights outside were poorly positioned—they didn’t light the parking lot but instead were aimed directly at the building, causing my room to glow all night and making sleep nearly impossible.To make matters worse, the AC and heater were broken—not just in my room, but in others as well. This led to extreme temperature swings throughout the night. I also had my room randomly inspected mid-stay to check for smoking, even though there was no reason for suspicion, which felt intrusive and unprofessional.The “continental breakfast” was a joke—very few options, and what was available was low quality. The front desk staff was unhelpful and completely lacking in kindness or professionalism. On top of all that, the curtains were ripped, the beds were uncomfortable, and the overall experience was just miserable.I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

No way this hotel should be rated 4.2. Needs a renovation badly. No luggage racks in room, damaged appliances, stains on rug, rug coming up/frayed, cracked tiles, toilet leaks/runs intermittentlyThe staff were very nice, pleasant, and professional.
