This Mall is very old & run down. Macy`s is nice, Only other store is JC Penney.

Our first trip to the Main Mall in Portland, we were surprised at the cleanliness. Many shops for the whole family. A one story Mall, we walked through in about 2 hours, stopping at about 10 stores along the way. Mall was not busy, which was surprising, food court area was very busy!

Nice, relatively clean mall! Big food court with diverse restaurants. Plenty of store options for all ages. 1 level though.

I am very disappointed to have buy a flat iron at the (SA) straight ahead beauty kiosk at the Maine Mall. The salesperson used a very different iron for the demonstration than the one sold to me.. The one she used was performant and gave very great results ! She told me that it woks with steam. So funny!! The one received in the bag is a cheap ceramic iron that doesn’t work and fry my hair!I find on the internet that this company has many complaints about theirs products at the bureau for better business. All stories are the same !! They demonstrated a very good flat iron and sold you scam. This practice is illegal : Bait and switch.The ugly truth about these kiosks has also a Facebook page : Sutra beauty scam artist. Hundreds of story like mine! Moreover the same iron can be buy between 60$ and 299$ . When you bargain it the price is going down and they tell you that they give you THE staff price. The salesperson never mention that they don’t do refund ! She speaks about a lifetime warranty. I have contact the costumer service at the manufacturer and they cannot do nothing because all retailers are independent. So you have to fight with them directly to have your money back. Ils aiment bien vendre aux touristes car ils ne reviennent pas pour se battre pour un remboursement du à la distance. Ne gaspillez pas votre argent !

PIN Straight Ahead (SA) kiosk I am very disappointed to constat that I bought a Straight ahead SA scam flat iron. The Salesperson named Lauren has used a totally different iron for the demonstration then the one she sold to me !!She has told me that the iron works with steams ! So funny, it is a cheap ceramic flat iron ! The bait and switch practice is illegal! I was thinking that the Maine mall won’t allowed these practices in their walls. Don’t waist time and money at their kiosk and Maine mall please check what means bait and switch. Costumer be aware that for the same flat iron; prices are from 60$ to 299$ … so if you really want to waist your money, bargain it for less.
