We dropped luggage off for the day. Alberto the owner was really nice. He even offered us some coffee he was making. We got delayed travelling back and they were due to close at 8pm. But we called them and they stayed open an extra 15 mins for us. Lifesavers. Thank you to your team.

Rip-off don't use it's cheaper if you book at the port. Boat was cancelled and had to argue for a refund........... .. ...

This was a total RIP off. My family reunion with cousins turned into a total disaster. We booked a bus ride then a boat ride to Star Island then to Brickell and back to South Beach. The nus picked us up on SB where we paid the remainder of$280 in CASH only to arrive back at Perfection Travel. While they attempted to accommodate us, they failed miserably. Would not return our money. We wound up taking an Uber back. We never saw anything but Little Havanna. Forget this place. It's expensive. Tour guide was NASTY and inaudible. It ruined our whole day.

Stay away from this company. Scam. We went to buy a tour to Key West and Gaby offered us a refund if we went to a performance at a hotel the next day. I wasted 4 hours of my vacation, almost missed my flight and until now, 7 days later, she hasn't refunded my $. She blocked my husband on WhatsApp and every time she gives me an excuse.

We booked all tours from Perfection travels for city and boat tour, Keywest and Everglades. They are best in service and we have really appreciated their help and service for all trips. A special credit to Jerry and Gabriela, who were always in touch to ask about How trips were and further assisted with a couple of other things too. I will recommend them to all who visit Miami, as they provide the best experience according to ones wishes. We have already booked them in future for our family and friends who are visiting Miami in coming time. Miami is a wonderful place if the right tours are booked on right time. Their recommendations according to weather and time were Perfect and could not be better.
