tripadvisorAfter working with Taylor for six months, I didn’t get directed to Zack the regional supervisor who is not only rude. He miss gendered me. He is unwilling to follow his own rules. And chose to do nothing about the drug paraphernalia in the parking lot. If you can don’t stay here. I will be leaving at my earliest convenience. It’s important to know that I’ve been at this hotel now for eight months and when asked to make a payment at 4 o’clock I was given the riot act. Worst management I could possibly imagine.
MoreWhen I walked in the room the odor was terrible. Bed which I don’t think was a queen was braced with four metal rods like poles holding it up. Pillows were flat as pancakes and NO Wi-Fi connections. I think sheets were some type of thin clear paper. Very rough and not comfortable to sleep on. The bedspread had holes in it. Freeway traffic very loud, lots of noise. This is absolutely the worst so-called hotel I have ever stayed in. There was no one at front desk to return keys at 8:30 am. Even at $100 a night it was not worth that, they should knock it in half, I wouldn’t stay there if it’s $25 a night or if they gave me a free room . Take a chance or take my word and save you from a terrible uncomfortable night. TENANTS VERY NICE!! But that didn’t help me sleep.
MoreThe hotel has a bad odor when you walk in the elevator smells horrible every time get in it. Had a water leak in the first room that we stayed in and they moved us to another room that had broken drakes a broken bed and also had bad plumbing. The toilet continuously got stopped up.b I let two different people know about the bed and we stayed there for almost 3 weeks and no one ever came and changed the bed out. The people beneath us complained about every single move we made and they decided to let us go and decided to not give me a refund for the remaining 3 days that I had left. Is this legal? Nowhere on the paperwork that I signed says that if they have a sleep they can keep the remaining funds for my stay and when I asked the receptionist what happens to the money that I paid up front she says it stays on the room until the day that I was supposed to check out complete and then they'll check me out and what that sounds like to me is they are letting the reservation continue as if I am still there so that they can check it out as if I use them all of my time and I didn't and I don't think that's legal and for that they are thieves and I will be pursuing legal action.
MoreSTAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! We needed a place to stay for the wrestling championship and everything was booked besides this place. I read the reviews but thought we'd take the chance. Well EVERY bad review on here is VERY accurate! Smelled like smoke (both cigarettes and marijuana) upon walking in. Floors were NASTY! Do not walk on them without shoes on. They had not been swept or mopped since the place opened, if I had to guess. Blood was on the floor. The bathroom shower, we wore shoes in there as well. Ended up having to go to Walmart to buy towels because the office closes at 9:00 pm and no one was there to give us any when we got back the first night of the tournament. Ended up putting the old ones on the floor to walk on. We also bought Clorox wipes to clean the place. VERY, VERY, VERY SHADY people hanging around outside and in the stairwells.Thank goodness we only had to spend a few hours there from our stay. Sleep and shower and leave. The only good thing I can say about this place is that they have good water pressure.
MoreJamie, Hortencia, and Tina are awesome! They are fun and easy to deal with! They have great service! The rooms are a good and clean as anyone would expect! No complaints! If you’re looking for an extended stay this place Is well worth money!! Alex the main boss is a super cool guy! Thanks for the great service!!
