I’ve used Rachel’s Big City Transportation over the last few years, and they consistently exceed expectations. Their pricing is always fair and competitive, they’re always on time, and the professionalism of their drivers is second to none. The vehicles are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making every trip stress-free. I also appreciate how quickly they send invoices after each ride, which makes everything seamless and hassle-free. If you’re looking for reliable, professional transportation with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend this company.

This was a great experience from start to finish. I emailed, got a fully reasonable quote right away, and everything went smoothly. Driver showed up early, was clear in communication and courteous, and the vehicle was high end and clean. Will use again. This one was from Logan.

We usually fly out of TF Green and hadn't been to Logan in years but had a flight scheduled out of there in May and had to leave home at 3 AM. We were a bit anxious about it but my coworker suggested we use Rachel and I was so happy she did. Rachel is really nice and accommodating and assigned Jerry to drive us. He was the BEST!! He texted us the day before to confirm he would pick us up, showed up before his scheduled time on the morning of our departure, helped us put our bags in the trunk, and all the way to Boston he kept asking if we were comfortable and said he wanted to ensure our ride a good one. We enjoyed talking with Jerry on the way and we could tell he was really serious about doing a good job and making our ride a very pleasant one. This was our first time using a car service and it was a great experience. We would highly recommend using Rachel's Big City Transportation.

The service was extraordinary. She was professional, courteous, and treated us like family. She was early and as soon as I landed in Logan, I had a text from her indicating to give her a call at this number after I picked up my luggage, we called her, and she drove up to where we were hopped out of the van and loaded our luggage for us in a neat and orderly fashion. The ride home was without incident. She was perfect from the beginning. I highly recommend her.
