Bee Well is a place where the yoga community can come together and flourish. Although we're a small piece of a global community, we strive to make an impact on the world with our compassion. That means we are intentional with how we teach yoga, focusing on tradition in order to remain balanced and become whole. We also have a range of wellness services like massage, reiki, and body talk to help you reach your holistic and spiritual goals. At Bee Well, you'll even find products like essential oils, meditation supplies, and yoga mats/bags so you never have to search far for items to improve your practice. Whether you're meeting our founder, Allisson, in Power Flow to focus on your yang energy or you're joining us in the evening for a Deep Chill session with Catalina, you'll always find friendly instructors with sincere personalities when you visit us. We are a community of students striving to live our most balanced lives, and we'd love for you to join us in our journey.
