Beach BJJ is a Grappling Fight Team ("GFT") affiliated Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ("BJJ") academy, offering one of the most unique jiu jitsu experiences on the East Coast. AJ Sousa is the lead instructor here, and we're widely recognized as one of the most technical but "relaxed" competitive BJJ academies. The school offers adults and kids' classes in BJJ and submission wrestling. Each of our instructors is or has been a competitive jiu jitsu practitioner, with several having attained world medalist status.
