I've attended several times. Often hilarious, either by design or just the way it turns out. Acts range from short skits, to acts of several scenes, to musicals of acts and songs... all seeded with suggestions from the audience. Some of the acting and improv skills are remarkable and the shows are well-directed. On-stage participation might be invited. Small theater, even the back row is right-up-close. Near about 40 restaurants, and ample parking is adjacent. Tip: Children are apparently welcome, accompanied by parent or guardian.

A fun evening of improv comedy, family friendly, good for date night, a great time to laugh and enjoy a night out.Highly recommend as something to do on Fri & Sat evenings in Schenectady.

We went to Mopco Improv Theatre TWICE in December. The first was for a typical show ... this theme was Spontaneous Broadway. We went with another couple. The improv actors were funny and creative. The story lines were interesting... even more so because they were based on audience suggestions. Several of the improv artists were strong singers which made certain songs especially entertaining.The second time we went was for the New Year's Eve Family show at 7 pm. We took our 12 year old granddaughter. Good family fun with lots of laughs. Nice job to all.Prices are affordable. The cookies from the snack bar were excellent and a nice treat to accompany the show.

Great place to watch live improv. The troupe I saw was great with amazing energy. They sell consessions. One of the better improv shows that I've seen in a long time. Will come back. Hidden gem.

I've been enjoying the virtual shows for over a year now. Looking forward to bringing friends and family with me again for a live show soon!
