Reviews
tripadvisorNice, quiet stay. Comfortable beds. The electric shuttle, FREEBEE, makes it very easy to visit the nice Atlantic Avenue area.
MoreStayed in unit 5. Room was nothing special, clean. Basic amenities, no place for storing luggage, just a bed and small dresser, small table. No staff on site. Electronic checkin, which is fine if you have no questions or concerns. Hotel is dated, but it is an older one level beach style hotel. No pool. AC was noisy, cycling on and off continuously. WiFi connection was very weak, causing TV to not connect to streaming channels (Roku/Sling only). Fridge provided, small K cup coffee maker also, no microwave.Good location close to Atlantic Ave. (short walk). Stayed one night. Average value for cost of stay.
MoreGreat location andexcellent service BUT at $200+ night (with taxes) you’d expect more … for example:In unit #10:*Shower got ICE Cold Literally 2 mins after getting in (wonderful kind staff said it was bc they were doing laundry at that time I was showering )* Broken Toilet ran every 5 mins loudly both nights interrupting my sleep (even with door closed) and had to flush 2-3 times.*Sink cabinet door is broken and was adjusted/closed delicately so it wasn’t noticeable (attached pic)*NO vent/fan in bathroom causing extreme humidity (the 2 mins I had warm water) (attached pic of ceiling with residue)*Sink faucet, the spigot, shoots water out all over the floor and needs to be replaced*Not enough coffee supplies nor stir sticks (had to ask)The owner Andy and his female staff were excellent, it was generally very clean and location was ideal if you want to be in heart of Delray. But unfortunately this trip and the room I was given missed the mark. For $99 a night motel I’d give a 5 star review in these current conditions* spoke to staff at noon 2/7 about everything I shared in my review and she apologized and said the owner was out of town and nothing more could be done.Ok,Fair enough.Thank you
MoreUnethical. Zero response from management despite more than one email. Charged my credit card in full the week before actual stay, while hiding behind the threat of legal action (the owner is an attorney). Totally unscrupulous.
MoreThis hotel is clean and conveniently located but is more like a collection of small bungalows with limited amenities. My room had low ceilings and few windows and felt a bit claustrophobic even though the square footage was that of a typical room. The office is not open most times and check-in is usually done electronically. Also, some of the furnishings need updating and repairs. It’s adequate but I can not comprehend how anyone would rate it a 4 or higher.
